Glen Ilacqua

Glen Ilacqua is the founder and Chief Operating Officer of South 6, Inc., a specialized  professional services agency focused on delivering IT and cybersecurity talent to a wide range of industries. Since inception, he has driven the company from start-up to a profitable, sustainable business with a national footprint and a high-profile client base. South 6 was awarded the 2021 and 2023 "Best Global Partner in a Crisis" by Dell Technologies for its superlative cybersecurity incident response. South 6 has also been named as a 2022 First Choice Partner by Dell electronics, the highest honor a Dell partner can achieve. 

 

Glen has worked in over seven disparate product and service sectors and executed his work on three continents. As an organizational consultant and team builder, Glen’s work has focused on establishing and optimizing corporate culture and enhancing productivity through conflict resolution and leadership skills training. During the 2010's Glen focused on establishing and directing Behavioral Health/SUD programs both in the private and public sectors. Since his early work as a corporate trainer, he has also established himself as a seasoned educator, holding faculty positions at the MBA, BSBA, Community College settings in the USA and Europe. In 2002 he was invited as a guest lecturer and expert panelist to the Distance Learning Network conference held in Almaty Kazakhstan. The conference was sponsored by The World Bank, NATO, and USAID, and focused on entrepreneurship, collaboration, and organizational culture. Glen holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts and an MA in Psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.

 

Glen grew up in the Throgg's Neck area of The Bronx during the "Bronx is Burning" era of the early 1970's. He carries those early environmental impressions along with his therapeutic skills and business experiences as he strives to be an agent of positive change in the world through his professional endeavors.
