Our customer is looking for a Sales Operations and Configuration Services Project Manager for a 1 year + Remote project
-Attend all RFQ meetings and provide needed information
-Hold Customer calls to gather requirements for Projects
-Setup Calls with other teams as support is needed – ImagingSupport, Connected Config, etc.
-Setup Projects in Tools- GPT/Financial Force, FMPRO.etc.
-Setup Custom hardware, fee SKUs, tags, etc. as needed
-Engage other teams to make sure the project is progressing
-Requires OQA Support for second touch
-Factory Priority List
-Factory NPI team for second touch
-Monitor Status of projects and provide updates to sales andcustomer as needed
-Manage Shipment Requirements
-Be familiar with PO process
-Require a Sales Force DFN number, confirmation that quotesare accurate, ask if a LOT submission is required, and review lead-times forLOBs with Sales
-Confirm the vehicle by which the customer will submit P0sso that they can maintain visibility
-Identify any unique services, reporting, invoicing,logistical, or procurement requirements by the customer
-Confirm scope of work to be conducted to ensure a positivecustomer experience (confirm scope with Account TEAM and/or withcross-functional Services TEAMs involved in solution)
-Reach out to all stakeholders (internal/external) andconduct a kick-off call to understand roles and responsibilities, establishtimelines, identify any risks to timeline, and set expectations
-Establish how P0 and project updates will be shared betweenall stakeholders
-After orders have been processed by OP, the PM will confirmshipping address, correct LOBs and quantities have been ordered
-Establish an order status report that meets the customer’sneeds and share information with stakeholders to confirm P0
-Work with manufacturing to ensure order flow through thefactory and expedite orders within the GOV Tool as needed
-Inform all stakeholders of order issues that impactdelivery and work with Supply Chain/LOB Managers to identify and resolve anyconstraints or allocation HOLDS
-Provide updates to all stakeholders on order status byproviding a spreadsheet that tracks all P0s placed until delivered(carrier/tracking numbers)
-Manage delivery expectations with Sales and the customer asthe project progresses (meeting all milestones)
-Help manage and resolve any logistical and deliveriesissues that may arise until P0 is complete
-As project is on-going, look for areas to be moreefficient, either on the client side or customer’s
*At some point if travel is allowed to DOE sites he/she mayneed to get an "L" clearance.
