Principal accountabilities

• Support monthly financial projections by analyzing consultant,

   employee and subcontract labor

• Coordinate and compile input from team members and various weekly

    reports

• Support senior staff and ensure satisfaction of project milestones and

    customer

Requirements

• Manages validity and viability of engagements through strategic data

   analysis

• Oversee and report performance and progress through analytical

    techniques to validate cost and performance

• Analyzes regional engagement forecast and offers strategic resources

   recommendations

• Creates analytical reports to assess actual project performance against

    current forecast

• Ensures execution plan is up to date and accurate

• Conducts interviews on specific engagements as needed

• Supports the customization of existing materials and translations

   incompliance with company’s IP branding standards and protection

• Participates in collaborative networks to develop next generation of

   operational tools and processes

• Plans, implements and assesses multi‐faceted projects

• Assesses project needs and establishes/maintains clear priorities for the

    project team

• Exercises effective project management of scope, schedule and

   budget (resources)

• Monitors and approves budgeted project expenditures

• Ensures that project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the

   required level of quality

• Evaluates the outcome of the project and reviews lessons learned

• Facilitates collaborative networks and establishes and manages

   communication plan to achieve successful project outcomes

Qualification and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, or related field

• Experience with data analysis and process management

• Experience supporting major projects with multiple deliverables and

   resources

• Experience in scheduling, forecasting and cost management

• Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with PMI, Agile, or other industry methodologies preferred

• 3 years of relevant experience

*NOTE; This engagement is remote, depending on customer travel may be required. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the US.
