This position is in the field of Business Analyst working in conjunction with Dell as part of their remote Incident Response Team.

JOb Description

Principal Accountabilities


·    Build budget plan and track spend vs targets as required.  

·    Manage monthly invoice process and payment approvals which includes preparing

     Exception report

·    Act as SPOC for Supplier and prepare monthly reporting which includes an analysis against

     plan and contract. Specifically reviewing budget, sales, profit, transaction and consumption


·    Build utilization and headcount report monthly w/ data from projects. Provide an analysis

     of activity trends w/recommendations based on transactions and consumption.

·    Work on special projects requiring deep dive analysis, creating spreadsheets and

     PowerPoint presentations for Executive Leadership review, such as measuring program

     post implementation success,Sustainability measurement, increasing participation and

     profit to drive Service Mindset mentality

·    Act as the key interface between customers,partners and internal teams for the purpose of

     gathering information,documenting processes, confirming final

     solutions and assisting with solution implementation

·    Partner with business and technology subject matter experts to elicit, analyze, translate,

     and document business needs into system requirements

·    Facilitate meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

·    Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

·    Review contracts, SOWs, and proposals to assist teams with establishing project plans and


·    Iteratively gather requirements, analyzed documents and test business process logic

·    Follow the work to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

·    Come together with Product, Development,Operations and Implementation teams to

     enhance customer value streams

·    Work with 3rd parties to integrate systems. This may include documenting requirements

     and technical solution

·    Engage clients to understand business,functional and technical requirements in concert

     with contractual and service level agreements

·    Assist in coordinating project resources to ensure projects are delivered on time

·    Partner with business and system implementers during acceptance testing


Qualification and Experience


·    Associate degree, or equivalent, preferred in area of specialty

·    2 years of relevant experience

·    Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

·    The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable


·    Advanced knowledge in the areas of software,hardware, and call centers

·    Excellent documentation skills

·    Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills

·    Experience creating reports and giving presentations

·    Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook

·    Proven track record of following through on commitments

·    Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
